2. What data we process and why
If you email us, we process your name, email address and whatever you tell us in order to reply and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b). We keep this data for as long as the conversation or professional relationship lasts, and afterwards for the periods required by law.
Web analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (through Google Tag Manager) to get usage statistics: pages viewed, where visits come from, device, approximate location and a random browser identifier. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address. Data is kept for up to 14 months.
Server logs: the hosting provider logs technical data for each request (IP address, date and page requested) to keep the site secure and running. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
3. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. These providers process data on our behalf:
- IONOS SE (Germany): web hosting and email.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Ireland): Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics. Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
4. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to . If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
5. Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We only use analytics cookies if you accept them in the cookie notice. Without your consent, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not loaded.
